TOP BA FRAMER MANAGER ANNOUNCES NEW FRAME SHOP IN MIDTOWN

MEMPHIS, TN. Danny Bubnick announced the opening of his new frame shop, Danny’s Midtown Framer & Art at 1523 Union Avenue, known to many as the Union House. The new location is just a couple of doors down from where Danny worked for many years managing the BA Framer shop at Kimbrough and Union. He has almost 20 years of experience with that company.

As manager for the midtown BA Framer shop, Danny’s location had consistently been the top producing store in a nationwide chain that numbered 125 stores at it peak. BA Framer decided to go out of the Retail Framing business and closed all stores by year-end 2009.

Danny’s Midtown Framer will offer the same creative, high-quality custom framing along with a variety of ready-made frames and mattes, plus very affordable ready-to-hang framed prints and mirrors. Over the years, Danny has built a strong rapport with many of Memphis’ finest artists and photographers, framing their art for shows and charity auctions. In his new location at the Union House he will offer an expanded variety of original art and high-end prints from artists that include David Lynch, George Hunt, Michael Maness, Stephen Hudson, David Simmons and others.

Bubnick commented on his new venture, “I’ve always run the BA Framer store like it was my own family business and as a result of that I have a strong base of customers…corporate, decorators, individuals and artists who I like to think of as my friends. The new store is much larger with lots of parking in the back, so we are going to be able to do a lot of creative things there including original art and events.”

MIDTOWN FRAMER INSTALLS FULL CRAFT SHOP ON SITE

Danny Bubnick, owner of Midtown Framer, announced that his new operation has installed a full craft shop on site for making custom frames. The new craft shop allows Midtown Framer to deliver custom frames to their clientele within 24-hours when required. Beyond that, the craft shop allows Midtown Framer to have more control over quality and design creativity.

Midtown Framer keeps an inventory of both standard and more exotic moundings in stock to serve a broad range of decorating tastes. Additionally, we can get any stick moulding shipped in for a client within 48 hours.
